Our History
Quality Polly Pig Ltd. (QPP) began operations in 1996, manufacturing pipeline pigs for customers in Canada and internationally. In 2016, QPP was acquired by Suncast Polytech Inc., a company that manufactures large-scale wear parts for the mining and oil sand industries. This allowed both companies to leverage knowledge and infrastructure from one common location to benefit their customers. In the summer of 2023, Suncast and QPP moved to a stand-alone facility in Northeast Edmonton. The facility is well situated and equipped to manufacture QPP’s extensive catalogue of unique parts with excellent quality and short timelines.
OUR FACILITY
Situated in the Northeast corner of Edmonton Alberta, Quality Polly Pig Ltd. shares the production space of parent company Suncast Polytech Inc. Located on 3.3 acres, the 22,000 square foot facility contains state of the art polyurethane production equipment including 5 automated pour machines, numerous ovens, lathes and a 3D measuring station. Quality Polly Pig Ltd. Is equipped to manufacture a variety of pigging parts from small to big, with a dedicated focus on meeting customer timelines and manufacturing parts with superb quality.
